TERMS OF SERVICE

Information you need to understand before submitting a commission forum.

➢ General Terms

I. Please send your commission requests through the given commission form provided next to the prices.II. When commissioning me please provide a clear explanation and reference images of the character(s) you have requested according to your request. If you are commissioning Live2D Model Artwork - please have a final and complete design before commissioning me. I'm not capable of helping you design your character for its a service I'm uncomfortable with providing.III. If you have a deadline please mention it, otherwise I will take as long as necessary to finish your commission.IV. I have the right to reject or cancel your commission with a given reason.V. Do not edit my work/add onto it. i.e. Adding/Changing how the piece looks by slapping a new hoodie drawn by someone else onto the raw/rigged file. Please note that is different to putting a prop on the model or changing the colors in VtubeStudio -- putting props on and changing the colors of things for alt edits are okay with me as long as my work's main form doesn't change. I hope that makes sense!! Just ask if you're unsure.VI. Commission will not be accepted if it is: NSFW / furry / sexually suggestive / disturbing.VII. When it comes to Live2D commissions - I have worked with my own rig artist and besides the odd thing here or there I am capable of properly cutting the model for some solid movement - however I am human and always ready to learn how to improve! I will always be willing to return back to a project to better cut it for the rig artist, free of any charge.VIII. Please do not refer to me as your "Art Mama", "Art Mom" etc. if you commission me for a model! I'm not too keen on it and would rather you just call me your Model Artist or somethin like that (:

➢ Payment

I. Commissions must be paid in full and upfront once I have accepted them for me to start work.II. Payment is only via Stripe invoice. (Currency: USD) Please note you do not need a Stripe account, the invoice will be sent via email and you can pay from there.

➢ Process

I. I will start working on the commission after payment has been done and depending on the commissions queue.II. Once I have started on the commission I will be sending sketches and updating via email until the sketch is done.III. The customer is allowed to ask for updates as long as their commission progress status is marked under In progress in the commissions queue.IV. The customer may ask for big changes within the sketch phase. Anything beyond that stage will require extra payment unless they are small changes.V. Once the commission is done I will be sending the art through email with a .rar file.

➢ Copyright / Usage Policy

I. I hold all copyright to the produced artwork, not the commissioner.II. I have the right to display the artwork anywhere to my liking whether it is for monetary or promotional reasons (unless stated by the customer before payment).III. The artwork must be given proper credit wherever used.IV. The customer may use the artwork for personal use (print it / use it in social media) and claim the right of their character(s).V. If the customer commits any copyright infringement, every right they have to the artwork will be retracted.VI. Copyright infringement includes:
A. Reproducing / using my artwork commercially (making money off of it by any means unless commercial rights have been paid with the exception of the art's intended use i.e. using the emotes for Twitch or streaming with the Model. Basically don't put the commissioned art on merch of any sort).
B. Taking credit for my artwork, or giving none at all.
C. Removing my signature / name off of the artwork.VII. Purchasing commercial rights to the artwork adds 200% to the original price.
A. With the commercial use the customer may use the artwork to earn money in any way (merch, books, websites, etc.).
B. Credit must still be given.

➢ Canceling / Refunding Policy

I. The customer may cancel or refund before I have started working on their commission.II. If the customer asks for a refund once I have started on the commission (including sketch phase) I will only refund 70% of the price paid.III. The customer can not ask for a refund once the artwork has been finished.IV. I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.V. If the customer files chargeback, their rights to everything they have commissioned will be retracted and will lose the right to commission me ever again. Also, I will have the right to use the commissioned artwork however I want to.
